Distribution Sales Supervisor
Ambon (Maluku), Bali, Bogor (Jawa Barat), Jayapura (Papua), Kupang (Nusa Tenggara Timur), Mataram (Nusa Tenggara Barat), Pangkal Pinang (Bangka Belitung), Tegal (Jawa Tengah)
Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible to asure a perfect link between field force and headquarters in oorder to implement distribution and sales strategy of the brand. He / She will also responsible to provide control and coordination of all sales & distribution – related activities within a geographic region. Other responsibility are included but not limited to :

  • Impementation of sales plans, objective and strategies
  • Ensure the achievement of sales turnover
  • To manage the implementation of an effective promotion plan
  • Recruit, develop and manage his / her teams. Ensure development of sales expertise and know-how
  • Coaching of sales team in the field
  • Determine sales targets and monitor the achievement of objectieves
  • Develop strong relationship and manage distributors
  • Inform management about any relevant field news


Requirements:

  • Holds min Bachelor Degree or minimum Diploma Degree in any major
  • Min 2 Years experience in consumer goods industry in General Trade or Modern Trade Market
  • Willing to be relocated anywhere
  • Negotiation skills
  • Budget management skills
  • Territory management
  • Organizational skills for multibranding responsibility
  • Open location : Bogor, Tegal, Mataram, Kupang, Denpasar, Pangkal Pinang, Balikpapan, Palu, Ambon, Jayapura
