BPA Assistant
(Contract until 15 December 2012)
Major Accountabilities :
- Assist in monthly reporting analysis (request data from Accounting, Purchasing, Quality, and Production)
- Assist in weekly outlook reporting (request data from SCM and other related department)
- Distribute monthly expense to Department Head
- Ensure data for annual standard cost calculation is available from department (SCM, Production, Quality, Purchasing)
- Assist in agreement preparation (prepare supporting data for annexes and appendix)
- Assist in budgeting and latest forecast submission (request data from other departements)
- Assist in TPC and incremental cost preparation for new products (request data from Launch Supply Data)
- Project base : review material master data (costing lot size vs BOM size), review forwarder handling cost vs standard cost, review order quantity trend vs standard cost base, compare routing hours in Jakarta vs routing hours in other site
- Assist in Capital Appropriation Request for new investment (filling and scheduling CAR preparation and CAR closing) and closely monitoring the progress with Engineering
- Assist in new standard cost approval
Requirement :
- Education : Bachelor degree (S1) in Accounting.
- Working experience : At least 1 year in Accounting Report.
- Technical Qualification : SAP is an advantage
- Computer or Language Qualification : MS Excel is a must, MS Word & MS Project
Purchasing / Supply Manager
Job Description :
- Coordinates the materials management internal supply and external supply in order to have ideal Inventory Level for all material, arranging the availability of finished products in proper quantities, good price and on time
Major Accountabilities :
- Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling, and distributing materials, equipment, machinery, and supplies
- Coordinate and prepare process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies internal supply and external supply.
- Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
- Processing and analyzing data about the plan and realization of production and sales and inventory data.
- Monitor all inventories for the production process, stock in the warehouse or imported so that the implementation of market entry process and continue to run smoothly and in balance.
- Material procurement plans based on plans and stock conditions by calculating the production material requirements according to the ideal standard stock (there are minimum and maximum limits that must be available) optimal in MOQ.
- Assure updated CC5 policy and implemented to all supplier
- Execute Annual Purchase Saving Program
Requirement :
- Education : Bachelor degree (S1) in Economy, Science or Industrial Engineering
Experience : Minimum 5 years in the related field.
