The Bayan Group is engaged in open cut mining of various coal quality from mines located primarily in East and South Kalimantan. Being an integrated coal producer in Indonesia the Bayan Group through its various mines, produces coal ranging from semi-soft coking coal to environmentally-friendly low sulphur, sub-bituminous coal.

The Bayan Group, through various companies, has exclusive rights to mine under five Coal Contracts of Works (CCOWs) and three Kuasa Pertambangan’s (KPs) awarded by the Government of Indonesia over a total concession are of 81,265 Ha/ The Bayan Group coal resources and reserves have been independently verified and certified to international JORC standards by third-party mining consultant.

Serving as an integrated coal producer, the Bayan Group has its own coal loading infrastructure. It owns the largest coal terminal in Indonesia known as the Balikpapan Coal Terminal located in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, with a throughput capacity of 15 million metric tones per annum and a stockpiling capacity of approximately one million tones across 16 stockpiles. It can fully load large Panamax vessels (up to 90,0000 DWT) and partially load Cape size vessels (up to 200,000 DWT) , making the Bayan Group an exceptional integrated coal producer. It is also the only coal producer in the country to operate a Floating Transfer-Station that can be moved to take advantage of the location with the greatest demand or to avoid bad weather and can be positioned to load capsize vessels. These infrastructure assets complement the logistical aspects of the Bayan Group’s business and at the same time, provide benefits to take advantage of ample mining opportunities. Whenever capacity permits, these infrastructure assets are also readily utilized by third parties from whom the Bayan Group receives a secondary source of income.

The Bayan Group continues to invest in exploration at its existing mine sites while also exploring potential acquisitions of new coal assets and expansion of infrastructure facilities to complement its existing portfolio

Marine Engineer ( Code ME)
Scope of Job :

• Responsible with all the Engine and Electrical  works on board

Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years  of experiences in similar capacity
• Education from Marine polytechnic
• Having certificate   off ATT II or  ATT III
• Having BST,SCRB,AFF,MA in Certication of professionalisms

Qualification :

• Male, Age between 30-40
• Computer literate ( Ms Office )
• Good proficiency in English
• Willing to work outside Jakarta

Logistic Staff
Referring to our telecom, herewith the “requirement” for the position of Logistic Staff as follows :

• Male/ Female
• Single, 25-40 years old
• inimum experience of 3 years
• Educational attainment Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Ms Windows ,Power point proficient

FINANCE STAFF (FS)
Scope of Job:

• Prepare payment to Supplier with Payment Voucher
• Reconcile balance and bank book
• Input transaction of cash book into ACCPAC

Qualifications:

• Male/Female, age between 22 – 27 years old
• Fresh graduate or having experiences at least  2 years in similar capacity
• Education minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance
• Computer literate: Ms. Office, Accpac (would be desired)
• Good proficiency in English both oral & written

Marine Engineer ( Code ME)

HR Application Specialist

• Automated HR Application – Extensive experience working with an automated HR system, in particular SAP HR, Sunfish, Peoplesoft or Axapta. Expert level application proficiency is required. Systems Analysis – Extensive experience in defining and understanding user requirements, and the ability to translate these requirements into a technical solution, e.g. reports, program or online query. General HR Background – Experience working in an HR department together with a clear understanding of the systems and processes involved in HR operations.
• General ICT Background – Experience working with ICT systems and ICT projects, in an analyst, programmer or application support role.
• The successful candidate will become part of a team who will implement an automated HR system in the company. Ideally you should have five (5) years HR application experience, with three (3) years in a systems analyst or systems specialist role, in the specific areas mentioned above, a university graduate from a reputable institution, and a self-starter who is able to work independently. Interpersonal and language skills to work with both local and expatriate staff are required. You must have the ability to communicate effectively, work well with a team, and write reports and formal documentation. Compensation shall be commensurate to your level of expertise and experience.

• Responsible in preparing yearly CSR Program Site
• Handle mapping activities for Budget Preparation
• Cooperate with MUSPIKA, Village Chief, & Bappeda (Regional Body for Planning and Development) in preparing of RKAB CSR Program

Requirements:

• Having minimum of 2-3 years experience in similar capacity (applicant who has max of 2 years experience are encourage to apply and we will be considered as a CSR Staff)
• Understand CSR role especially in Coal Mining Company
• Able to lead CSR team and monthly reporting to the Headquarter
• Able to create a good relationship with the communities and local official

Qualifications:

Systems Administrator – Communications Systems
General Qualification :

• LAN systems – Extensive experience working with switches in a medium to large network. In particular must have experience with Cisco switches, CatOS, hierarchical LANs, VLANs and LAN QoS.
• WAN systems – Extensive experience working with routers in a medium to large network. In particular must have experience with Cisco routers, IOS, Cisco 3-layer internetwork model and WAN QoS.
• TCP/IP systems – Extensive experience working with TCP/IP in a medium to large network. In particular must have experience with routing protocols, network troubleshooting in LAN and WAN, and TCP/IP network management.
• Wireless, VoIP, VSAT, fibre optics and related technologies.
• Two-Way Radio systems – Experience working with corporate grade two-way radio systems in remote site environments.

HEALTH, SAFETY, & ENVIRONMENT OFFICER
