Dealer Development (Staff Role)

Responsibilities:

  • Dealer Development is required to plan and execute Dealer Network


Requirements:

  • Enthusiasm in Car Business
  • Having a willingnes and interested in Travelling and Geography
  • Age 22-30 years old
  • Bachelor Degree with minimum GPA 3.00
  • English proficiency (TOEIC 600 score or equivalent)
  • Knowledge in Excel and Microsoft Office software
  • Must be able to perform daily communications and reporting
  • Preferably from Department of Architecture

Accessory Specialist
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:

  • Accessory Specialist is required to increase the sales of Mazda genuine accessories by analyzing the market, introducing new accessories and implementing various marketing programs.  Technical engineering background is beneficial as this role involves the design, production process and quality assessment of the products.


Requirements:

  • Age 25 - 35
  • Experience in the similar automotive field (or pertinent field) for more than 3 years
  • High level of skills and knowledge in accessory marketing, procurement, and production control.
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Technical background is a plus
  • English proficiency
  • High level of business writing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of knowledge in Excel and Microsoft office software
  • Highly detailed and organized
  • Must be able to perform daily communications and reporting
  • Must posses high levels of ethics and integrity




Parts Supply and Logistics Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Parts Supply and Logistics Manager is required to develop the automotive spare parts supply and maximize the accuracy and efficiency of the supply from various sources to Mazda dealers. The person must have an ample experience in the parts warehouse management, preferably in the automotive business. This job also requires expanding sales opportunity of Mazda genuine spare parts and accessories. Excellent skills in presentation and reporting are required.

Sales Training Assistant

  • Responsible in Coordination of the yearly Sales budget and business plan process for the Company and its dealer network and monitors it on a monthly basis, Assistant to dealers in developing and implementing fleet sales program, wholesale and retail financing programs, Coordination of the yearly Sales budget and business plan process for the Company and its dealer network and monitors it on a periodically basis.



Sales Initiative Planning (Staff Role)

  • Responsible in development of annual and mid and long term sales plans and monthly sales forecast, Analysis of monthly sales plan and forecast vs. results and development of recovery plans, Establishment annual objectives that focus improving the efficiency and expansion of the Company's business, Coordination and administration the Company's Dealer Database



HR & GA Specialist (Staff Role)

Accounting Specialist (Staff Role)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assigned accounting functions for automotive company. Specific duties include processing accounts receivable and accounts payable; reconciling and reviewing expenses; communicating with vendors to resolve billing disputes; training and providing information on Finance & Accounting systems to other personnel; process all non sufficient fund checks; generating accounting reports and maintaining contracts.


Product Planning Specialist (Staff Role)
