Requirements:

• Graduated from Secretarial Academy
• At least 3 (three) years of experience in administrative & secretarial fields
• Able to write and speak English fluently additional other foreign langguage is an advantage.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and others supporting softwares application would be an advantage
• Excellent skills in handling schedule and administrative documentation.
• Proficient in English is a must

HR Manager Factory [code: HRF]
Bogor (Jawa Barat)
Responsibilities:

• Manage all of HR functions in the plant.
• To perform, implement, monitor, and evaluate periodically the HR policy and procedure.
• Handles various industrial relations related work
• Ensure that buyer's compliance standard and policy is implemented and run in all aspects of manufacturing process
• Maintain good relations with all stakeholders in HR related area.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law from reputable university.
• Minimum eight years working experience in HR field and at least 3 (three) years as HR Manager in labor intensive manufacturing industry
• Well-versed in Indonesia Labor Act or Manpower regulation, competent in handling employee relation issues (employee cases, contracts, etc), and experience in handling compliance at manufacture.
• Able to develop good industrial relation with government officers such as Kemnakertrans, Police Dept., and Jamsostek
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Computer literate
• Good command in English
• Willing to be located in West Java area

Fabric Merchandiser [FMD]
Jawa Barat - Bogor
Responsibilities:

• Source and arrange fabrics from fabric collections from mills and vendors
• Preparing fabrics for presentation
• Communicate and follow up with mills for new collections and sampling yardages, and prices
• Organize, maintain and upgrade fabric library regularly
• Service design and customer needs in timely manner

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree. Textile Engineering is preferred
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in fabric merchandising and sourcing is required for this position.
• Familiar with yarns, fabrics, dyeing and finishing processes, strong technical knowledge in fabrics (yarns / knitted / woven) manufacturing and garment production.
• Good connection and sources for fashion fabric or experience from fabric manufacturing firm or garment factory.
• Organized type person, able to keep a proper record of the assignments and organize them properly.
• Self motivated, good English and computer literate (E-mail, MS Office application)

Responsibilities:

• Assist both Japanese expatriate and national employee in communication
• Translate document in Bahasa Indonesia to Japanese and vice versa

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Linguistics/Languages or equivalent in Japanese.
• At least three years in the same position.  However, Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
