Requirements :

• Male / Female, with age max. 26 years old.
• Fresh Graduate from reputable university with major in Psychology and GPA min. 2,75 on 4,00 scale (1)
• Master Degree from reputable university with major in PIO / Training and GPA min. 2,75 on 4,00 scale (2).
• Having valid license for psychologist is a must.
• Having experience min. 2 years for Psychologist.
• Having experience as scorer / tester in Biro Psikologi / HR Consultant for Recruitment Officer.
• Candidates must be self motivated, have willing to self learning, posses good interpersonal and communication skills.
• For Psychologist, able to analyze and write psychological report (Psikogram).
• Know and understand the method for employee counselling and assesment.
• Knowledge in psychotest tools, able to conduct psychotest.
• Average in English and excellent in Ms. Office applications.
• Good analytical, detail oriented, punctual and discipline.
• Good in administration and documents filling.
• Willing to travel.

• Having min. 2 years experience in similar role and airline business.
• Knowledgeable and understand about many kind of training, especially in airline training section (for Quality Training Staff).
• Able to design, planning and conduct for various training implementation (for Quality Training Staff).
• Having experience as a internal audit quality is more advantegous (for Quality Training Staff).
• Able to work independent or team with minimum supervision.
• Good in communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
