Internal Control Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Internal Control Manager in Finance Department, this challenging position will be responsible for supporting the Internal Control Manager to monitor and review all company activities to ensure compliance with company policy and procedures. And also assisting the organization maintain a strong internal control environment; advise employees on areas of improvement and help execute improvements.
- Implement internal control risk management process
- Support departments improve processes and improve controls
- Conduct other special project/audits as requested by senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting/ Finance preferably with some time in an audit function
- Understanding of accounting and appreciation of control requirements
- Ability to communicate both written and spoken to all levels of the organization
- Language : Proficiency in local language along with English- written, spoken and comprehension is mandatory
- Have judgment and decision making skills

Accounts Receivable Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Sales Finance Manager in Finance Department, this position will be responsible for preparing sales paperwork, recording sales/invoices transaction, handling day to day activities related to sales.
- This position will be contract during the first 6 months.
- Review and analyst all incoming from Bank
- Review and record all sales transaction in SAP system
- Prepare all documents related to sales transaction
- Liaise and deal with Dealers/Distributors for payment of outstanding AR
- Prepare and print Statement of Account (SoA) to be sent to dealers/distributors and collect the confirmation from them
- Prepare reconciliation of Accounts Receivable
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
- Knowledge of Accounting and Concepts
- Have experience in SAP
- Good Communication skill & presentation skill.
- Language : Proficiency in local language along with English- written, spoken and comprehension is mandatory

Accounts Payable Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Accounting Manager in Finance Department, this challenging position will be responsible for processing of payments and recording of valid payables into general ledger.
- This position will be contract during the first 6 months.
- Ensure all payable process follow the internal regulation
- Review and prepare all the schedule of payment including its supporting documents
- Liaise and deal with Supplier and Vendor for all payable matters
- Prepare payment to related party and coordinate with Treasury for payable schedule
- Prepare accounts reconciliation to accounting reporting system
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting
- Knowledge of Accounting and Concepts
- Have experience in SAP

- Reporting to Shift Leader Paint Shop, this challenging position will be responsible to direct and coordinate manufacturing activities in Paint Shop Production. The incumbent has responsibility to successfully plan, coordinate and implement production decision, supervise team members and team leaders in a safe work environment. Train team members to build the highest quality unit and maintain a pro-active work environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Degree in Engineering Field (preferable Chemical Engineering)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive industries with minimum 3 years of experience in Paint Production in Supervisor Level
- Have Engineering skill of production with Paint Shop
- Have knowledge of Production System implementation and application
- Have knowledge of quality control process/manufacturing process and management system that relate to productions operations
- Language : Proficiency in local language along with English- written, spoken and comprehension is important
- Have a high understanding of safety procedures in the workplace Paint Shop
- Ability to manage and direct the continues improvement activities
- Must have an analytical approach to problem solving, Empower team members to perform and monitor work, Strong Leadership and Mature, Able to work under pressure and overtime
Group Leader Body Production

- Reporting to Shift Leader Body Production, this challenging position will be responsible to direct and coordinate manufacturing activities in Body Shop Production. The incumbent has responsibility to successfully plan, coordinate and implement production decision, supervise team members and team leaders in a safe work environment. Train team members to build the highest quality unit and maintain a pro-active work environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive industries with minimum 3 years of experience in Body Shop in Supervisor Level
- Have Engineering skill of production with Body Shop
- Have knowledge of Production System implementation and application
- Have knowledge of quality control process/manufacturing process and management system that relate to productions operations
- Language : Proficiency in local language along with English- written, spoken and comprehension is important
- Have a high understanding of safety procedures in the workplace Body Shop
