Business Intelligence Manager
Jakarta Raya - Head Office

Responsibilities:

  • To lead, plan and manage the overall corporate / business research, studies and analysis of the economics, political, regulatory, market and competitive environment as well as internal organizational factors, financial and technology landscape.
  • To establish and set official macro environmental and economic indicators to be further utilized by other directorates in Holcim Indonesia based on well conducted empirical research and solid judgment.


Requirements:
Education :

  • Bachelor degree form any major
  • Preferably hold a Master of Business Administration or Master in Management degree or Bachelor degree in mathematics, statistics or other analytic science

Experience :

  • Minimum 10 years experiences in conducting and leading corporate
  • research.
  • Possess managerial exposures of over 8 years in an industry with good track record, preferably cement-based, retail and/or consumer goods industry.
  • Possess management research and consulting experiences of at least 8 years, having enormous exposures of leading teams in various clients on business intelligence research, empirical studies, corporate and business feasibility studies and/or strategic data analytics.

Computer literacy :

  • Computer literacy (MS Office)

Language :

  • Good command in English both oral & written

Other qualification / skills :

  • Advanced in Research methodology
  • Knowledge of Financial analysis, Industry acumen and Economics
  • Advanced in Applied statistics
  • Understanding of Industry laws and regulations


Performance Management Coordinator
Bekasi (Jawa Barat) - Narogong

Responsibilities:

  • To manage the operation of Performance Management Cycle, consist of setting objective, Mid Year Review and Final assessment. The position is to provide information, support & control of the PM cycle and practices in unit areas under his or her responsibility.
  • To act as an internal consultant and a facilitator to all employee and unit area to ensure that Performance Management system running properly.
  • To develop strategic plan to ensure the sustainability of Performance Management System


Requirements:
Education :

  • Bachelor degree in any major preferably in management

Experience :

  • Experience in Human Resources areas of medium to large size company, preferably in HR Performance Improvement and Development, management or corporate specialist level (>= 3 years)

Computer literacy :

  • Computer literacy (MS Office)

Language :

  • Good command in English both oral & written

Other qualification / skills :

  • Knowledge of Performance Management
  • Understanding of Compensation & Benefit
  • Knowledge of HR Operations
  • Good presentation, problem solving skills
