Telesales Representative

Denpasar (Bali), Surabaya (Jawa Timur)
Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new and existing customer and perform an accomplished level of sales responsibilities to build the customer base, achieve revenue targets and ensure customer satisfaction by phone

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree/equivalent in business, logistics/distributions industry or related.
• Minimum 1 years sales experience preferably in express, freight forwarding or airlines industry.
• Strong command of English (both written and verbal).
• Familiar with Microsoft office.
• Experience in sales field.
• Knowledge of express, freight forwarding and distribution industry would be an advantage.
• Strong planning, organizing, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Good interpersonal and communications skills.
• Knowledge of RPX products/services would be an advantage
• Location : Surabaya or Denpasar
