Responsibilities:
Scope of works:
- Responsible for building and maintaining brand image which include; developing and implementing marketing concept and strategy
- To understand the market dynamics and consumers insight relevant to Holcim brands that are used/ purchased directly to end users (Homeowner, Developer, Contractor dll)
- To elaborate the master plan into comprehensive activities plan for Serbaguna bag, Solusi Rumah, MiniMix, Readymix, and Co-branding brands
- To ensure on time implementation of initiatives committed
- To provide periodical monitoring on the projects handled in order to ensure successful and timely execution
Requirements:
Education :
- Bachelor Degree in Business with Specialization in Marketing Management
Experience :
- Minimum 2 years experience with Brands development/diagnosing brand issues and Brand management experience
- Supervisory / People Management experience
Computer literacy:
- MS Office, Lotus Notes
Language:
- Good command in English both oral & written and
Other qualification / skills:
- Strong analytical & strategic thinking, strive for learning, and have excellent communication skill
- Understanding of concepts and principle normally associated with professional or academic qualification or gained through a detailed gaps of involved practice and procedure in this field
- Interpersonal and Communication skill
