SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE
Jakarta Selatan (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the organization development updates, maintenance and its OD administration (job description, position job coding, position promotion, proposal of OD in terms of promotion, career path/ladder)
- Conducts and maintains the job evaluation, grading & salary survey for compensation and benefit
- Responsible for employer branding campaign to IT professional association, universities, social network.
- Maintains and update the training & development activities from needs analysis, soft skill capability matrix, training records/administration
- Prepares and conducts company events
- Prepares HR related reports, HR legal comliances and general services support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from any discipline. Candidates from IT background with passion in HR are invited to apply.
- Currently holding the position of supervisory level at Organization Development area
- Experience in compensation benefit, training & development and employee relation.
- Good English ability in verbal and written

Customer Service Officer
Jakarta Selatan (Jakarta Raya) - Jl. Sudirman
Responsibilities:
- Handling the order, request and complain from the customer
- Handling the export/import activites of the delivery product
- Supporting the sales and marketing team in taking care of general administration matters
- Maintain the good relationship with customer
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) from any major (Secretarial/Administration major is preferred)
- Female
- Have minimum 1 year in Sales Administration matter
- Have knowledge about Export-Import activities and documentation is preferred
- Good English communication skill both in verbal and speak is a MUST
- Detail-oriented and process-oriented
- Able to work in team and independently
- Able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
