Manager, Organizational Development

Core Duties

  • Periodically manage the implementation of organizational review and make sure it is fairly implemented across the division.
  • Manage implementation of talent management to make sure it is applied to retain high potential (HiPo) talents and is aligned with the business objectives.
  • Manage implementation of performance management to make sure it is consistently applied throughout the organization and aligned with the business objectives.
  • Research current and emerging employee performance and development needs to ensure effective developmental initiatives in collaboration with Learning and Knowledge Manager.
  • Drive succession planning systems to sustain the organization as well as to provide career growth opportunities to employees.
  • Periodically analyze high performance organization culture base on leadership performance, Personal Review and People Development (PRPD) result, competency assessment result align with the business objective achievement.


Qualification

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree
  • 5 years direct work experience in the areas of competence development, performance management, organizational development, and talent management in operations and/or consulting.
  • Experience in 360 measurement and feedback, leadership development, succession planning, feedback mechanisms, performance measurement and coaching.
  • English fluency and computer literacy is a must.
  • Good Communication and advance presentation skills.
  • Having HR knowledge and Industry/Business understanding.
  • Good facilitation and coaching skills, Leadership/Influencing skills, and Planning and organizing skills.
