Job Description    :

  • Respond to user requests for problem/issue troubleshooting & solutions, as well as taking escalation from Helpdesk/IT user support.
  • Ensures all technical issues related with hardware server, PC/laptop, networking devices, and standard software applications are solved within timely manner, Enforce & implement IT Security policy.
  • Coordinates Infrastructure & Technical Support activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and supervise the work of his/her subordinates.
  • Evaluate & suggest appropriate technology and IT products for continuous improvement.
  • Assists in the development and planning for new upgrades, capacity growth, enhancement performance, high availability for all Infrastructure system.

  • Process Sub Component Parts for PCC EXP.
  • Process Additional Order for Import Parts DOM & PCC EXP.
  • Control and monitor ETD/ETA for the parts.
  • Control and monitor NML, SNA both NMI & NMDI parts, and CBU freight cost.
  • Control and monitor SNA, NML, Renault both NMI & NMDI parts, and CBU payment.
  • Control Purchase Order for all KD & IPO both NMI & NMDI parts, and CBU into MOVEX System and inform PO both No. to Related Dept.
  • Prepare CKD and CBU Monthly Report, Logistics Report, Inventory Report (for RENAULT only).
  • Delivery Keeping Ratio Report.
  • To optimized adoption of “KD Allocation System”.
  • To monitor Good Inventory Control for Multisourcing.
