ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

GENERAL OBJECTIVE OF THE FUNCTION
Perform a variety of accounting activities in account payable, payment, accounting, and fixed asset management based on established procedures and guidelines.
Functional Responsibilities:

  • Assisting on monthly closing process.
  • Checking weekly account payable report.
  • Responsible of leasing schedule.
  • Responsible of loan schedule.
  • Assisting of Petty Cash main office and branches checking.
  • Responsible of intercompany account reconciliation.
  • Assisting analyze balance sheet and profit loss accounts of it increasing and decreasing.
  • Checking of journal and update list of depreciation of fixed assets, amortization of other assets & prepaid expenses.
  • Responsible of fixed asset and inventory in main office and branches reports and stock opname.
  • Assisting review General  Ledger entries to identify and ensure accruracy of actual costs on related reporting period.


Responsible of BI report.

  • Support the Assistant Manager for any required reports.
  • Prepare and supervise all supporting reports for closing.
  • Responsible job report for overhead estimated and overhead actual.
  • Responsible updating the monthly closing rate and early year rate.
  • Supervise bank reconciliation in every month.
  • Maintain bank statement.
  • Maintain loan and leasing agreement.
  • Comply with Quality, Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental current legislation and with other current requirements.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Min.Bachelor Degree in Accounting
  • 5 - 10 years Experience in Accounting
  • Fluent in English Written and Verbal
  • Good in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
