Responsibility:
- The AM ITO Infrastructure & Telecommunication Support role is responsible for analyzing and performing Proof of Concept (POC) of new infrastructure, analyzing live performance improvement and helping Telecommunication (data, voice and server) for daily operation and deployment at minimum percentage. To assist other team when required.
Requirements:
- Hold Bachelor degree of Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
- Hold Cisco or Microsoft certifications or trainings.
- Extensive experience and demonstrated abilitiy in Telecommunication and Servers, especially Cisco and all Microsoft products.
- Be willing to be called for 24 hour support and to work in stressful environment.
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills and able to be in a teamwork.
