- To manage and ensure all vendor follow governance regulation and labour policy, verify and optimize contract and outsourcing activities as per company policies, regulations and business objectives
- To ensure human rights are protected during employment of outsourcing
Requirements:
Education :
- S1 degree, from engineering, law, psychology or other relevant discipline
- Experience:
- Experience to work on Human Resources for minimum 3 years
- Experience in dealing effectively with people at a senior level within an organisation

Experience:
- Fresh graduate with excellent analytical skill & passion to investigate the market
- Those with 1 to 2 years working experience are preferred to assure the establishment of professional attitude and sufficient level of self initiative
