NR PQC Analyst

Responsibilities:
Scope of works:
- Responsible for quality control of raw materials, in process materials and final products to support production process in achieving quality results as expected
- Responsible for raw mix design and dust management to control the quality of in process material and final product
- Responsible for coordination with other teams such as quarry, production, and dispatch to give assurance of quality achievement during the process of cement production
- Responsible for quality control of imported and exported clinker
- Responsible for quality control during industrial trials
- Responsible for Quality assurance of testing equipment such as repeatability of control samples
- Responsible for taking representatives samples during process production
- Responsible for documentation of samples during process production

NR AFR LAB Analyst

Responsibilities:
Scope of works:
- Responsible for taking representatives samples with special sampling tools for various type of AFR material
- Responsible for analysis of all AFR materials (Prospecting/In Coming/In Process) with finger print test and detailed analysis
- Responsible to conduct laboratory scale test/compatibility test using the new AFR material if any
- Responsible for analysis of minor element and heavy metal content in cement regarding to AFR utilization
- Responsible for analysis of waste water quality as environmental monitoring
- Responsible for implementation of ISO 17O25 as stated in Quality Manual
- Responsible for operation and utilization of AFR laboratory equipment as required
- Responsible to conduct calibration and prepare standard sample as required for all AFR laboratory equipment
- Responsible to maintain procedure and operate data base system
- Responsible for documentation of samples
