PERUMNAS is a State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) in the form of Public Corporation (Perum) where the whole is owned by the Government. Housing was established as a solution to the government in providing adequate housing for the lower middle.

The company was established under Government Regulation No. 29 of 1974, amended by Government Regulation No. 12 of 1988, and perfected by Government Regulation No. 15 of 2004 dated May 10, 2004. Since its founding in 1974, Perumnas always look and act as a pioneer in the provision of housing and settlements as lower-middle income community.

Through the concept of large-scale development, Housing has contributed significantly in the establishment of settlements and new towns throughout Indonesia. As a state-owned developer with a range of national business, Perumnas has seven regional business areas I to VII and Regional Rusunawa.

Medan Helvetia, West Ilir Palembang, Semarang Banyumanik, Tamalanrea Napier, Hamlet took off Surabaya, Bandung Antapani is an example of large-scale housing construction is initiated Perumnas. Settlement Areas has now developed into a "New City" prospective. A) Diploma 3 (D3) from the State University / Private (with accreditation A).

• Educational background of the Department of Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Management, Accounting, Taxation.
• Min GPA 2.8 (Scale 4).
• Age on July 1, 2012 max 23 years
• Energetic, dedicated, and hardworking.
• Able to communicate in English both oral and written.
• Willing to be placed in all work areas Perumnas

B) Bachelor (S1) and Post Graduate (S2) from the State University / Private (with accreditation A)

• Educational background of the Department of Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Built Environment Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Power Lines, Computer Science, Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Law / Business.
• GPA (scale 4) Min 3.0 (for non-Engineering S1), 2.8 (for S1) and 3.2 (for S2).
• Age on July 1, 2012 max 25 years for S1 and S2 for 27 years.
• Energetic, dedicated, and hardworking.
• Able to communicate in English both oral and written.
• Willing to be placed in all work areas Perumnas.
