Marketing Administration Support

Responsibilities:

  • Support marketing administration activities.
  • Process invoice, tax, debit note, credit note, etc.
  • Monitoring delivery, custom clearance.
  • Monitoring stock.
  • Job process is done by SAP program.


Requirements:

  • Have experience in custom clearance, trading company is an advantage.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel, SAP.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Full-Time positions available.


Marketing Support Autopart
Bekasi (Jawa Barat) - Cibitung MM2100
Responsibilities:

  • Support marketing activities
  • Process invoice, debit note, credit note, etc.
  • Monitoring stock
  • Communicate with customers and supplier
  • Do job process based on SAP and Excel program


Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Airline Operation/Airport Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel, SAP.
  • MALE, under 30 years old.
  • English is a MUST.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
