Customer Service Frontline Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to Customer Service Frontline Representative. This position is responsible to handle incoming calls, customer’s inquiry and complaint, as well as assist to fill customer needs and to maintain our service excellence


Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma 3 degree with a minimum of 2 years experience in related field especially service industry
  • Pleasant personality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Having export import knowledge would be an advantage
  • Good verbal and written English skills and familiarity in using Ms. Office
