Credit Collection Head (CCH)

Responsibilities:
- As financial company, the incumbent will be responsible to manage credit approval and performance of every customer. Maintaining liabilities in branch as our company’s policies and procedures will be your daily activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as Credit Collection Head (preferably in financing company or banking), min S1, GPA 3.00 from reputable university, not more than 33 years old, strong leadership to manage and develop subordinates, having a good analytical and critical thinking, and having expertise about credit recommendation. The incumbent should be able to be assigned in all around Indonesia.
Service Head (SHE)

Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will be responsible to manage service function in branch. It includes managing branch service standard, paper administration, human resources, information technology and general affairs. The main function is building service delight to the internal and external customer, in accordance with company’s policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as Service Head or Administration Head (preferably in financing company or banking), strong leadership to manage target and develop subordinates, ability to develop and building service excellent culture to employees, ability to motivate others and good communication. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for checking the accuracy of customer data in the field, by conducting a survey of customers in terms of character, capacity, capital, conditions and collateral.

- Age not more than 27 years
- Having a strong energy to achieve individual and team targets
- Independent and have a strong desire to learn
- Ability to work cooperatively with others and ability to establish relationships
